The CBIC released Notification No. 10/2023–Central Tax dated May 10, 2023 to amend Notification No. 13/2020 – Central Tax, dated March 21, 2020 reducing the E-invoicing aggregate turnover limit from 10 crore to 5 crore w.e.f. August 01, 2023.
