  • Both NIC-IRP portals provide web and API modes for e-invoice services.

  • API tokens for e-invoices and e-waybills are usable across both portals.
  • The e-invoice-2 portal serves as a backup during technical issues with the main e-invoice portal.
  • Cross-functional operations like printing, downloading, and canceling e-invoices can be performed on either portal.
  • If e-invoice-1 is non-operational, e-invoice-2 can handle all e-invoice services.
