The government, in the interest of the public, has opted to prolong the validity of FCRA registration certificates. For entities whose certificates were previously extended until March 31, 2024, and are awaiting renewal, the extension will now last until June 30, 2024, or until their renewal applications are processed, whichever comes first. Likewise, for FCRA entities whose 5-year validity period ends between April 1, 2024, and June 30, 2024, the validity will be extended until June 30, 2024.
