The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has issued General Circular No. 05/2024 dated July 06, 2024, announcing the extension of the deadline for filing Web-form PAS-7.

According to Rule 9(2)(a) of the Companies (Prospectus and Allotment of Securities) Rules, 2014, all public companies that issued share warrants before the commencement of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013) and have not converted these warrants into shares must inform the Registrar about the details of such share warrants using Form PAS-7 within three months of the commencement of the Companies (Prospectus and Allotment of Securities) Second Amendment Rules, 2023. The MCA has now prescribed Web-form PAS-7 for this purpose.

The Web-form PAS-7 has been deployed on the MCA-21 Portal. Stakeholders can file the required details in compliance with the Companies (Prospectus and Allotment of Securities) Second Amendment Rules, 2023, through this Web-form without any additional fees until August 05, 2024.
