27 Nov CBIC appoints specific officer for adjudication of Customs Show Cause Notice
The Central Board of Indirect Tax and Customs (CBIC) notified appointment of a specific officer mentioned in column (4) of the Table below, to exercise the powers and perform duties of officers mentioned in column (3) of the table vide notification no. 85/2023-Customs (N.T.). The appointed officer is responsible for adjudicating the Show Cause notice, mentioned in column no (2) of the table, in respect of the notice mentioned in column no (1) of the said table.
